2. Hosting and server log files

Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit the site, the server automatically stores technical data, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page you opened and your browser type. We need this data to show the site and keep it secure.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a safe and working website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). How long Netlify keeps these log files is set by Netlify. You can find details in Netlify's privacy statement.

Netlify is based in the USA. Netlify takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the EU Commission recognises as a safe basis for data transfers to the USA. Netlify also uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We have a data processing agreement with Netlify (Art. 28 GDPR).

3. Fonts

This website uses fonts that are stored on our own server. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other font provider.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising and does not use analytics tools.

5. Contact by email, phone or the request form

If you contact us, we process the data you send us (for example your name, company, email address, phone number, preferred date, group size and message) to answer your request and prepare a quote.

When you send the request form, your entries are sent to Netlify, Inc. (see section 2) and stored in our Netlify account. Netlify then forwards them to us by email. We only use them to answer your request. If sending fails, the form prepares an email text instead, which you can send from your own email app.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request is about a contract or quote, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete your data when your request is finished, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example for tax records).

6. Links to other websites

This website may link to other sites. When you click a link, the other site's privacy policy applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• get information about the data we store about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• have wrong data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
• have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR),
• limit how we use your data (Art. 18 GDPR),
• receive your data in a common format (Art. 20 GDPR),
• object to the use of your data (Art. 21 GDPR).
